I teach an early intervention class for children with Autism, ages 3-6. I use the Fun Phonics Songs and More CD to teach phonics
and language skills to my students on a daily basis. The songs are fun and lively and have allowed me the opportunity to use interactive music to reach my students. What a fabulous teaching tool! |

I just wanted to thank you again for your music. It has made my teaching kindergarten so much fun. I am your biggest fan! Other
than my hundreds of kindergartners over the years. |

Having taught primarily 1st and 2nd grades for 38 years in public education I can say without a question that this "Fun
Phonics Songs & More" program has brought more joy to real learning than any other I have experienced. Teaching the alphabet, beginning sounds, blends, vowel sounds, and high frequency sight words
has turned into fun for all of us. The students eagerly await this portion of our reading time and are inspired to carry it home with them to their parents. Thank you Coleen for your hard work in creating
this beneficial program, I heartily recommend this to any teacher or parent of primary grades. |

Dear Mrs. Reed, I am the mother of Emily. I'm writing to you to thank you for all the help that your CD's gave us. My daughters
reading and writing skills have greatly improved after using your CD's. I believe that these CD's are a great teaching resource for parents to use with their children. I would recommend them to anyone. My
husband and I really appeciate the fact that you let our child use your CD's, they were a great help. We hope that anyone who uses these CD's has the same results as we did with our child. Once again my
husband and I would like to thank you for your CD's, they were great. |

The "Fun Phonics Songs & More" is a wonderful teaching tool for my daycare children and children of any age. They are
learning to speak the letters at a young age. My own child has a speech impediment and she can now speak more clearly. The children love the "Fun Phonics Songs" because it's not work, it's fun for
them. I would recommend this product for children of any language and for those learning to speak English. |

I am a second grade teacher in New York State. I had the opportunity to use your phonics materials and incorporate them into my
reading lessons. I found them most useful for my struggling readers. The students just loved the CD, it made learning fun for them. I am happy I have the opportunity to use your materials. Thank you, and I
wish you the best of luck. |

I am writing to tell you that I have used your "Fun Phonics" CD in my Special Education, primarily severely
handicapped/multiply handicapped students in Riverside. My students are at the pre-reading level, though they are first, second and third grade age level. They have enjoyed the rhythm of the first Fun
Phonics song on the CD. In addition they like taking turns each day pointing to the symbols and letters on the brightly colored chart. Though many of them need hand over hand assistance, it is rewarding to
see several of them independently going to the chart on their free time and pointing to the letters and pictures in a left to right fashion which we know is a pre-reading skill. The daily repetition of your
music and use of your chart has created meaningful memory of letter sounds for my students. I have reports of my students repeating the sounds and songs at home. Thank you for a great classroom learning tool
for my primary students with special needs. |

I have used the Fun Phonics Songs and More with great success. My students love it. They have made such great progress with
learning letters, sounds and blending that they are now ready for the Fun Phonics Patterns and Endings. They have great success with "The Sight Word Practice Song", but they especially love
"The Little Green Worm" song. Thank you for such great learning tools. |

I am a third grade teacher of primarily English Learners. Some of my lower level readers really need a lot of experience with word
patterns, especially if they have already learned to read in their primary language. My students who are learning English also need a context in which to place the patterns so that they have meaning. Many of
these songs are excellent at providing the content within a meaningful context. Because some of the songs are very lively and fun we can incorporate movement, interact with each other, and increase the
amount of repetition. By using more of the multiple intelligences I feel I am giving my students many ways to learn and enjoy reading. I can tell by the constant grinning that my students are very
enthusiastic about these songs. Later, the students respond further by generating their own lists of pattern words from words that they encounter during their independent reading to really feel successful.

We just loved Mrs. Reed's Phonics songs! They were so fun and catchy that they had us singing along the first time we listened to
them. Kaitlin learned so much so fast and I know she will forever remember Mrs. Reed's songs and how they helped her learn to read. They are fantastic and I highly recommend them for young children of all
reading levels. |

I have been using the first Fun Phonics song program in my first and second grade classes for several years with great success. I
am delighted with the second book that just came out, Patterns and Endings. The songs are very clever, and written in various styles which hold the interest of the listener. My students anxiously await
the introduction of the next song using the phonics pattern I am teaching. The lessons are systematically and developmentally arranged making for a clear direction in lesson planning. I incorporate written
reading and writing work sheets using the same vowel patterns as daily class work, or for homework. The students refer to the song lyrics or the brainstormed list of words (that I photocopy on the back of
each song page) to do assignments. Phonics has never been this fun. The selection of vocabulary used in the songs is also a great springboard for conversations about meaning, context, and geographical
locations. I would highly recommend this inexpensive, comprehensive and fun teaching tool. |

Using the sing-a-long phonics book has helped our daughter Jenna remember her sight words. When Jenna entered 1st grade, she knew
35 sight words. By the end of the school year, Jenna was up to 900 sight words and reading close to a 4th grade level with this program. Sing-a-long Phonics books are a must read for every child. |

I've had an opportunity to use Coleen's Fun Phonics Patterns and Endings with my second grade classroom. The children respond with
enthusiasm and excitement. Several children have made links between the vowel patterns we have been studying and the patterns in the songs. This has provided me the perfect opportunity to make classroom
copies of the songs and do some phonics work. I recommend the book and CD without reservation! |
